A better standard for every move.

Explain your move once. Compare estate agents on the same terms, then keep every agreed next step connected to the sale.

How WHOMA works

One move. One clear path.

Each decision keeps the context from the step before it, without making homeowners decode the system behind it.

  1. 01

    Tell us what matters

Share the property, your priorities and timing once, so every invited agent starts with the same useful context.

  2. 02

    See who can help

Review published agent profiles, including experience, service areas and the source or review state attached to checked details.

  3. 03

    Compare with clarity

Put each proposed service, fee, plan and timing side by side before you shortlist or choose.

  4. 04

    Keep every next step visible

After you appoint an agent, keep the agreed milestones, gated messages and next actions connected to the sale.

For homeowners

Make the right move with confidence.

Start with one useful brief, compare published profiles and proposals, then keep the agreed route forward visible.

Features, in plain English

Each part earns its place in the move.

Seller brief

Start with the information an agent actually needs.

Property details, priorities and timing form one reusable brief instead of a trail of disconnected messages.

Agent profiles

Understand who you may be working with.

Profiles show the agent's public experience, service areas, specialties and current review state without exposing private contact details.

Proposal comparison

Put the important differences side by side.

Fees, services, plans and timing follow a common shape so homeowners can compare the offer rather than decipher the format.

Sale progress

Make the next step easier to see.

After an agent is appointed, agreed milestones and gated messages stay connected to the sale.

Source labels

Say what was checked without overclaiming.

WHOMA keeps identity review, profile details and transaction information distinct. A label describes the specific source or review state it refers to.

Common questions

Straight answers before you begin.

What is WHOMA?

WHOMA gives independent estate agents one trusted profile link to share. It brings identity checks, clear professional detail, and structured collaboration into one place.

Who is WHOMA for?

WHOMA is built for independent estate agents who want to look credible from the first click. If you value quality referrals, cleaner introductions, and a stronger public profile, it is made for you.

How does profile verification work?

After you complete your core profile, you can publish a shareable page. WHOMA verification is layered on top: badges appear only when submitted identity, activity, or evidence signals have passed checks.

What exactly is WHOMA validating in Phase 1?

Phase 1 validates qualified agent density, historic transaction logging, live transaction logging, collaboration participation, meaningful 14-day interaction, and monthly active engagement.

How is transaction proof built on WHOMA?

The proof loop combines structured historic transaction logging, evidence review, and live activity tracking. Visibility strength improves as liquidity and engagement thresholds are met.
