Estate agent services · Comparisons & directory

Compare the way you choose.

Find an agent, compare a proposal or prepare for a review. These are different jobs. Explore what each service offers and where WHOMA fits.

Five decisions, examined in detail.

Considering GetAgent alternatives, comparing agent proposals or deciding how to shortlist? Start with the service you know. These comparisons explain where the approaches overlap and which questions to ask next.

WHOMA today

Professional context. Structured decisions. Preparation for review.

WHOMA centres the individual estate agent’s professional profile. Its seller workflow connects a brief, a proposal window, comparable proposals, a shortlist and appointment to gated messages and sale milestones. Seller access is selective: check availability before relying on it for your move.

WHOMA’s Compliance Agent helps eligible estate agents organise instruction details, identify missing information and prepare summaries, checklists and reviewer questions. Reviewed PDF, DOCX or TXT excerpts can be sent in chat; document drafts require an explicit request and can be edited and downloaded as text. Private history and an optional next-day in-app follow-up support returning to the work. This is preparation for human review: the full case workflow, live AML checks, agreement sending and unattended case execution are not enabled. The pilot focuses on England and Wales residential sale instructions; Scotland and Northern Ireland need their own specialist process.

A directory organised by the work you need done.

A researched selection of 16 relevant services, not an exhaustive market list or a ranking. Some compete directly with WHOMA; others can be complementary. Links lead to each provider’s own description.

How to use this research

Check the service, fee basis, included work, contact-sharing rules and actual availability for your property. A provider’s published feature is not proof of a completed outcome. Our comparisons distinguish public claims from what we have verified, and a feature we could not establish is not marked as absent.

Some brands share services: Which?’s comparison uses GetAgent; easyProperty names Netanagent as its matching partner. HomeOwners Alliance’s finder covers the historical EstateAgent4Me name. We account for these relationships rather than counting every brand as a separate comparison engine.
