WHOMA

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to WHOMA's website, professional profiles and structured property-marketplace services.

Who may use WHOMA

The service is provided by WHOMA LIMITED (company number 14820252), 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If acting for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You must keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information and notify WHOMA promptly of unauthorised access.

Platform role

WHOMA provides professional profiles and structured collaboration tools. Seller access is selective. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, WHOMA is not your estate agent, broker, surveyor, valuer, conveyancer, insurer, financial adviser or legal adviser.

Profile evidence and verification labels describe their source and status; they are not guarantees of identity, quality, outcome or future performance. Users remain responsible for appropriate due diligence and for their own shortlist, award, instruction and transaction decisions.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant WHOMA a non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service and fulfil your publication choices.

You must submit only accurate information you are entitled to use. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, confidential or unnecessary third-party personal data. Proposals must remain structured and comparable; attempts to bypass authorisation, security, consent or workflow controls are prohibited.

Availability and changes

WHOMA is a live pilot service. Features, eligibility and availability may change, and planned maintenance or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access. We will take reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment under a separate agreement, material breach or protection of users, with notice where appropriate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any other exclusions or limitations are subject to applicable consumer and business law and any separate signed commercial agreement.

WHOMA is not responsible for a user's independent professional advice, statements, property condition, transaction outcome, or decisions made by marketplace participants.

Law, contact and changes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Contact support@whoma.co.uk before proceedings so we can try to resolve the issue.

We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. We will give appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply where legally permitted.
